Whether you're a seasoned performer or a first-time singer, a karaoke night is guaranteed to be a blast.

Our karaoke parties are great for any occasion, and we make it easy for all your guests to get involved and show-off their singing talent. There is an enormous range of karaoke tracks (over 20,000*) your guests can choose from, and the words of the song are displayed on large screens we bring along.
Your guests don't have to sing on their own, they can grab a friend and sing a duet, or just come up as a group.
To help your guests find inspiration, we bring along a couple of printed catalogue which show the most popular karaoke songs which we leave on tables around your venue for your guests can browse through. When one of your guests wants to sing a karaoke track, they simply come up to the DJ booth and make the request. When their turn comes around, we will call them up and invite them to the microphone.
There will still be time for dancing, as in between karaoke tracks we will play the biggest and best party songs to keep the flow going while giving the next person singing a chance to get themselves ready.
Typical Format
The majority of our Karaoke parties tend to follow this format:
- For the first hour or so, we will play background 'foot-tapping' music while your guests arrive, grab a drink and mingle. It also gives your guests time to flick the printed catalogue of karaoke songs to help give them ideas.
- After any formalities or food you may have, we then start accepting karaoke requests and invite everyone in the room to sing along to a classic karaoke favourite (typically something like Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond, Delilah by Tom Jones or Let It Go by Idina Menzel).
- Thereafter, we will then mix karaoke requests with regular party music to keep the music going, the evening flowing and the energy high.
- We aim to stop accepting karaoke requests around half an hour before the end of your party, which normally provides enough time to get through all the outstanding requests and end the night with a big tune everyone will know and can sing along to.

Important Points
Our karaoke parties are generally very noisy because our aim is to get everyone singing and dancing, as such they are NOT suitable for venues which have a sound limiter fitted and its limit is set to less than 100db. Please check with your venue to see if they have a sound limiter before booking our service.
*Access to the full karaoke library of over 20,000 songs is subject to internet access being available at your venue, either via the venue's own wifi or mobile phone network. Song selection will be severely limited to around 1000 songs if there is no internet connection available.

What kind of music do you usually play?
We focus on commercial and mainstream music that most people know and enjoy. Our DJs read the crowd and select well-known hits that suit your event's demographic - from current chart music to classic party favorites. While we're happy to accommodate specific requests, our expertise lies in playing familiar, crowd-pleasing tracks that help keep your dance floor busy.
Can I give you a list of tracks to play?
We encourage you to send us 5-10 tracks that represent the vibe you're after - this helps us understand your taste. We'll prioritise those tracks where appropriate, but we maintain control of the overall playlist to keep the atmosphere working throughout the night. If you're looking to dictate a full setlist, we're probably not the right fit.
Can my guests make requests?
Yes, guests are welcome to make requests on the night, and we'll do our best to accommodate them when they fit the event's atmosphere. To help manage expectations, please let your guests know that requests may be declined if they don't suit the current mood, would disrupt the dance floor energy, or if time doesn't permit. For better planning, guests can submit requests and dedications ahead of time through our online portal.
Can I control the music selection and playlist during the event?
We're happy to work with you ahead of the event to understand what atmosphere you're after. However, our expertise is reading the crowd and managing the flow - that's what consistently delivers our best results. If you need complete control over every song played, our service probably isn't the right fit. We encourage collaboration, but we trust our experience to keep the energy right.
Do you play songs with offensive lyrics or swearing?
We generally avoid obviously explicit content, especially at family events. However, we can't guarantee every track will be completely clean, particularly for requests or themed events. If you have specific concerns, let us know and we can add tracks to your 'Do Not Play' list.
Can I see your setup in action before booking?
As we primarily perform at private events like weddings and birthday parties, it's not possible to arrange viewings of live setups out of respect for our clients' privacy. However, we're happy to share photos and videos of our different packages in action, and happy to sit down and have a chat about your specific requirements.
How much time do you need for setup and takedown?
We like to allow 2 hours for set up and 60 minutes for takedown. Please ensure the venue allows sufficient time for both and that we have clear, unobstructed access to the setup area. We'll need to be able to park reasonably close to the venue entrance to safely transport our equipment.
What are your power requirements?
We need at least 2 dedicated standard 13amp power sockets OR 1 dedicated 16amp socket reasonably close to the setup area, not on an extension lead or reel. If you're hiring a generator, please allow 3kw for our rig. Please also check if your venue has a sound limiter, as these can cause power interruptions and potential damage to our equipment. You'll be held liable for any equipment damage caused by power issues.
What is the latest you can play to?
We're happy to keep the party going until 3am if needed. However, we must comply with local licensing laws, so please check with your venue for any restrictions. If their license requires the music to stop at midnight, we'll have to adhere to that.
Can you carry on after the agreed and booked finish time?
We're usually happy to extend the set if possible, but it depends on venue permission, our availability, and any other commitments we might have the following day. Many venues have licensing restrictions, so please check with them beforehand. The charge for an overrun is specified on your booking confirmation and is payable immediately. Let us know in advance if you'd like the option to extend.
Can we use your microphone?
Yes, we provide a wired microphone for speeches and announcements (wireless available on request). For karaoke, guests are welcome to use it. Otherwise, we'll check with you before handing it over to guests.
Can you send me proof of your insurance and PAT paperwork for the venue?
Absolutely! You can ask us at any time to provide a copy of our paperwork, and we'll happily send it over to you.
What happens if there's a technical issue with your equipment during the event?
We take great care of our equipment and conduct thorough checks before each event. In the rare event of a technical issue, we do carry enough backup equipment to cover a single-point failure, plus the expertise to troubleshoot and resolve most problems swiftly, minimising any disruption to your event.
Do you have any restrictions on the types of venues you can perform in?
We can perform in most venues, provided they meet our basic requirements: adequate space for our equipment (minimum 2m x 3m), suitable power supply, and safe access for loading/unloading. Outdoor venues need appropriate weather protection and ground stability. If you're unsure about your venue's suitability, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
What if I need to change the date or time of my event after booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We'll try our best to accommodate changes subject to availability. Please note that date changes requested within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees, and your deposit may be forfeit if we cannot accommodate the new date. The earlier you can notify us of any changes, the better we can help.
How much do you charge?
Our packages start at £300 for a basic mobile disco setup. Pricing depends on your specific requirements, location, and any add-ons like karaoke or extended hours. Get in touch for a straight quote based on your event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a minimum £30 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The balance is due 24 hours before your event. Full payment terms are in your booking confirmation.
What's included in your karaoke service?
Full professional karaoke setup with a huge music library covering decades of hits - pop, rock, classics, current chart music. We manage the queue, handle the technical side (including bringing a screen for the words that everyone can see), and keep things moving so it doesn't turn into chaos. Whether you want karaoke as the main event or just as an option for brave guests later in the evening, we'll make it work for your crowd.
Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients?

What do you wear to events? Can you match our dress code?
Our default dress code is smart casual, which typically means jeans or dark trousers with a shirt or polo shirt. We're happy to adapt to your event's specific dress code requirements if needed. For formal events requiring specialised attire that we don't already own (such as black tie or themed costumes), there may be an additional cost to cover hire charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon when booking. Just let us know your requirements when making your enquiry.
Can you perform at house parties or in my home?
While we can set up in residential properties, we generally don't recommend house parties unless you have a particularly large space available, such as a barn, garage, or if you're hiring a marquee for your garden. Our full DJ setup requires significant space and can easily overwhelm a typical living room - much more than most customers initially expect. The equipment takes up considerable floor space, and you'll also need room for your guests to dance comfortably. If you're set on a home venue, please ensure you have adequate space (minimum 2m x 3m for equipment plus additional room for guests) and consider whether the noise levels will be suitable for your neighbours and local area.
